Area Loss Prevention Manager

Reports directly to the Divisional Director of Loss Prevention.  An Area Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for performing quality investigations while maintaining ethical industry standards and obtaining shrinkage objectives.  The Area Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for maintaining a consistent training process/program within an area, has the ability to initiate and resolve all investigations, identify all loss exposures within an area, and monitor compliance of all corporate programs to enhance overall profitability.  ALPM will communicate all loss exposures to Operations Management for corrective action.

Investigator

Reports directly to the Divisional Director of Loss Prevention.  A Loss Prevention Investigator will be responsible for all aspects and types of investigations from basic to very complex.  A successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of industry standard investigative techniques, to include but not limited to: research, audit, covert surveillance, camera installation, secret shoppers, advanced interviewing skills, and the ability to communicate results on varying levels. A successful Investigator must have the ability to initiate and resolve investigations. 

Auditor

 Reports directly to the Divisional Director of Loss Prevention.  An Auditor’s major emphasis is to audit stores and measure operational compliance objectives set forth under corporate policies and procedures.  To develop and execute an action plan that will assist stores in the successful attainment of company objectives and to work diligently to protect the assets of the company. 

Loss Prevention Analyst

 Reports directly to the Analytics Manager.  An Analyst is responsible for supporting field investigations through the use of exception reporting, shrink analysis, monitoring merchandise flow and field interaction.  The successful analyst will both support and initiate investigations. The design and development of Loss Prevention standards, initiatives and programs to support the field organization and Store Support Center will be part of an Analysts daily activity. Diverse initiatives include EAS tagging, policy and procedure, merchandise protection standards, shrink analysis, team building activities, and e-Awareness projects will take place on a regular basis.  Providing field support for the maintenance of all initiatives and investigations will be critical to the success of this position.
