The Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) Enterprise encompasses seven business lines, boasting a workforce of 14,000 located around the globe. The command's mission is to provide quality goods and services at a savings and support Navy quality of life programs for active duty military, retirees, reservists, veterans, Department of Defense civilians and families. The NEXCOM Enterprise is a non-appropriated fund instrumentality (NAFI) of the Department of Defense and the Department of the Navy. Therefore, most of NEXCOM's expenses are paid with its earnings and not taxpayer dollars.

About Our Business Lines:

NEXCOM's six business lines are: Navy Exchange (NEX) retail locations, NEXCOM Hospitality Group (NHG) hotels, Ship Store Program, Uniform Program Management Office (UPMO), Telecommunications Program Office (TPO) and Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility (NCTRF). Each business line provides the necessary support for the Navy's warfighters and military families to remain ready and resilient.
