We're working on an opportunity with a national, growing retailer for a district loss prevention manager role covering 8-10 stores in the Minneapolis, MN market. This role needs an individual with strong investigator skills, who is highly operationally oriented and able to build mutual respect and rapport with store managers and associates. Experience turning around a high shrink district a major plus. Goal oriented, self directed, able to work autonomously while maintaining open communications and directives with supervisor, able to promote accountability with operational partners and in store associates. Experience utilizing store associates to progress LP directives and goals a necessity.

Not open to relocation, open only to those currently in Minnesota or previous experience working in Minnesota.
