Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to assess, support/design, implement, and roll out Supply Chain initiatives that support field teams with driving business results. This role will accomplish this through the development and implementation of projects, best practices, and process improvements. This role supports the day-to-day Supply Chain operations, including shrink, safety, service, technology, omni-channel, and Supply Chain communications. This role works closely with the Regional Asset Protection and Safety Directors / Managers as well as SSC based support functions to identify and proactively address needs, opportunities and provide immediate support in response to incidents in the field.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborates cross functionally to effectively deliver projects, best practices, and process improvement initiatives.
•Coordinates and manages timely execution of projects across Supply Chain locations, from development to implementation.
•Provides Supply Chain Asset Protection Business Lead qualitative and quantitative analytics prior to development and after implementation identifying ROI, current/future state, and cost savings.
•Interprets reporting and develops actionable performance recommendations that are distributed to the key stakeholders.
•Provides real-time information and guidance to Supply Chain locations and AP teams requiring assistance with day-to-day procedural questions.
•Assists Supply Chain Asset Protection Business Lead with development of process improvement solutions based on field feedback.
•Leverages field facing technology to improve productivity and efficiency.
•Executes the process of documenting policies, procedures, and processes for new Asset Protection and Safety initiatives.
•Administrator and supports the Supply Chain Asset Protection and Safety Case Management and Awareness Platform systems.

Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Operations, Technology, or related field
•1-2 years’ data Analytics

Preferred Qualifications
•1-2 years’ service Operations or Supply Chain
